Job Description

Provider Recruiter  Manage the credentialing process for healthcare providers, including Physicians, Physician Assistants, and Nurse Practitioners.Provide support and guidance to internal staff regarding credentialing and privileging processes.Serve as liaison for Candidates between Executives, Medical Directors, Directors, Center Administrators, and Executive Staff.Coordinate the scheduling of interviews and employment agreement negotiations with Executive guidance, credentialing, and recruit onboarding.Ensure optimal training tools are deployed for recruits during onboarding and early stages of their employment.Review all employment documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with all federal, state, and company hiring standards.Collaborate with the Recruiting Manager to ensure the most efficient and effective interviews are conducted.Produce recruiting and training updates and reports for executive team members.Ensure fresh content is made to job postings regularly on websites and job boards.Interact effectively with providers, directors, center administrators, colleagues, and management.Flexibility from time to time to work evenings and weekends to complete providers' vetting and interview process due to their scheduling needs and assist in scheduling needs.High initiative, creativity, and willingness to accept responsibility for meeting recruitment goals.Must have exceptional organization and multi-tasking skills.Must be resourceful and possess problem-solving skills; ability to meet deadlines amidst competing and changing priorities.Excellent communication skills, verbal and written, as well as presentation skills.Expertise with MS Office suite, Excel, Internet research, and applicant tracking software, with the ability to learn new software quickly.Base salary with a significant commission/bonus structure.Job Type: Full-timePay: $37,500.00 - $42,500.00 per yearBenefits:
