Do you have Machine Operator experience? Luttrell Staffing Group is currently hiring Pultrusion Machine Operator | Production positions in Bristol, VA.
Details for Pultrusion Machine Operator | Production position:
- $15-16 / Hour
- Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire

Job Duties for Pultrusion Machine Operator | Production:
- Accurately record daily production data in production sheets, logbooks, and MACT books
- Identify material requirements for machine operations
- Add and thread materials as needed
- Understand specification sheets effectively
- Utilize measuring devices such as tape measures and gauges with proficiency
- Conduct continuous process inspections and troubleshoot with supervision
- Identify and categorize scrap materials
- Maintain cleanliness of machines efficiently
- Follow all policies and safety procedures in place
- Completes any other related tasks as needed
Qualifications for Pultrusion Machine Operator | Production:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to complete and pass New Employee training
- Potential exposure to resins, glass, and chemicals
- Ability to stand for duration of shift
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
- Ability to stoop, bend, squat, kneel, twist and reach
