Job Description
Do you have previous experience in purchasing and looking for a position with weekly pay? Luttrell Staffing Group is hiring Purchasing Analyst positions in Johnson City, TN.

Job Duties for Purchasing Analyst position:
- Perform purchasing duties, including order tracking and timely delivery coordination
- Update internal database with order details and maintain historical purchasing records
- Process, verify, and reconcile daily receiving records
- Communicate with suppliers to expedite materials, resolve shipping issues, and schedule deliveries
- Follow up on delayed or changed orders and manage material returns
- Collaborate with all departments to ensure compliance with purchasing policies and procedures
- Prioritize and execute tasks effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Other duties may be assigned as needed
Job Requirements and Desired Skills for Purchasing Analyst:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum 2 years of related work experience or training with preferred prior manufacturing purchasing experience preferred
- Highly self-motivated with strong attention to detail and ability to problem-solve under pressure
- Ability to sit or stand for duration of shift
