Details for QDDP (Qualified Developmental Disability Professional)| Direct Support Professional positions:
- Conducting assessments, quality assurance, and the admissions process
- Perform service coordinating and assessments of adults diagnosed with developmental disabilities
- Conducting intake and exit interviews
- Complete the DSP (Direct Support Professional) Supervisory training
- Assist with developing and presenting the employee's monthly meetings
- Attend workshops, seminars, and conferences
- Maintain case management records
Do you have the Skills and Knowledge needed for this position?
- Required to have BS or BA Degree
- Requires knowledge of the DBHDS, Human Rights and DMAS Regulations
- Supervisory skills
- Ability to stand or walk for duration of shift
- Excellent customer service, communication and problem solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
- Ability to squat, stoop, bend, kneel, twist
