Job Description
Do you have thorough understanding of Fresh Fruit & Vegetable regulations? Luttrell Staffing Group, in partnership with JemD, is currently hiring QC Inspector.

Key duties and details for QC Inspector:
- Assiss and report on the quality of all vegetables received, in inventory and shipped from the facility
- Ensure that all products shipped meet or exceed customer and regulatory requirements
- Demonstrate total compliance to corporate quality standards and SOP's
- Conduct regular assessments of warehouse inventory and quality repacks
- Paid weekly
Qualifications for QC Inspector:
- Post-Secondary Education preferred
- WHMIS
- Working knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices, Health & Safety and Food Safety programs
- Ability to communicate, both oral and written
- Strong organizational skills
- Thorough understanding of Fresh Fruit & Vegetable regulations, plus Consumer Packaging & Labeling requirements and standards in Canada and the USA
- Knowledge and experience with the quality characteristics of greenhouse vegetables
