Job Description
Do you have quality control or management experience in a production environment? Luttrell Staffing Group is currently hiring Quality Control Manager positions in Lebanon, TN.   
Details for Quality Control Manager Position:
· $40 / Hour
· 8am – 5pm (30-Minute Lunch)
· Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire
· Work Overtime, Weekends, or On-Call Shifts
· Zero Fees - you’ll never be charged for any screening service

Job Duties for Quality Control Manager Position:
· Oversee and improve quality control processes across production
· Supervise daily QC operations and inspection activities
· Develop and monitor quality procedures and standards
· Analyze quality data to identify issues and drive improvements
· Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective actions
· Train and mentor QC team members on best practices
· Partner with production and engineering to achieve quality goals
· Maintain inspection records and quality documentation
· Ensure compliance with company, industry, and regulatory standards
· Support continuous improvement programs including Kaizen and Lean
· Participate in internal and external quality audits
· Adhere to all company policies and safety procedures
· Completes any other related tasks as needed
Qualifications and Desired Skills for Quality Control Manager Position:
· Bachelor’s degree in engineering, quality management, or related field preferred; associate degree with relevant experience considered
· 3–5 years of experience in quality control or quality assurance within manufacturing
· Proficiency with quality control tools, inspection equipment, and statistical analysis
· Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and standards
· Experience with root cause analysis and CAPA processes
· Able to lift up to 25 lbs and perform physical tasks such as standing, bending, and kneeling for extended periods
