Job Duties for Quality Control Technician positions:
- Evaluating the company's product specifications and examining them with customer's requirements
- Setting quality assurance compliance objectives to achieve the targets
- Promoting performance improvement and quality assurance throughout the organization
- Ensuring product compliance to customer specifications
- Defining quality measures in conjunction with working staff
- Understanding, evaluating, and executing the test and procedures properly then investigate the product modifications
- Directing workers engaged in the manufacturing and processing of materials
- Helping with documentation and control procedures
- Participate with technical team in carrying out tests and checks
- Monitoring performance by collecting relevant information, documentation, and reporting
- Determining relevant quality associated training requirements and delivering training
- Contemplating the application of health, safety, and environmental standards
- Collating and analyzing performance charts/data against defined parameters
- Other duties as assigned

- Basic lab experience, manufacturing experience
- Ability to read and interpret instructions
- Basic math and computer skills
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to stand for duration of shift
- Hand dexterity
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to squat, stoop, bend, kneel, twist and reach
