Quality Inspector
Job Description
  
- $25-30 / Hour

- Inspect incoming, in-process, and finished products including queue, shelf, and NS management to verify conformity and balance priorities
- Use precision instruments, visual checks, and data reviews to confirm specifications
- Identify, document, and escalate defects per ISO and QMS nonconformance procedures
- Maintain accurate inspection records following ISO 9001 and QMS standards
- Follow all policies, safety procedures, and compliance requirements
- Completes any other related tasks as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficient in inspections using tools and methods, reading drawings, specifications, work instructions, and GD&T
- Strong attention to detail for detecting and documenting defects accurately
- Consistent execution of inspection processes with 1+ year manufacturing experience
- Excellent hand-eye coordination, manual dexterity, fine motor skills, 20/20 corrected vision, full color spectrum recognition, and ability to visually track fine details for defect detection
- Ability to stand for duration of shift
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs at chest level several times each day
- Ability to stoop, bend, squat, kneel, twist and reach
