Job Description
Are you looking for an excellent weekend position and have strong attention to detail? Luttrell Staffing Group is hiring a Quality Technician | Weekends positions in Telford, TN.
Perks and Benefits:
- $35 / Hour
- Saturday and Sunday, 7:00am to 7:00pm
- 30-minute unpaid lunch break and two 15-minute paid breaks
- Part-Time
- Weekends ONLY!
- Temp-to-Hire
- Zero fees – never pay for background checks or drug screens
- Eligible for 401(k) and profit sharing after conversion with 1,000 hours/year
Job Duties for Quality Technician | Weekends:
- Conduct statistical analysis and studies to ensure processes meet customer specifications
- Perform repeatability, reliability, and calibration testing on tools, instruments, and equipment
- Develop and implement inspection, testing, and evaluation standards and methods
- Lead and train employees in quality control procedures, measuring equipment use, and first article inspections
- Coordinate process improvement and employee recognition programs
- Measure, test, and verify product dimensions and quality against specifications
- Identify, tag, and document defective parts or materials
- Collaborate with engineers on test, calibration, and repair procedures to maintain precision accuracy
- Utilize MAC-PAC, database systems, and Microsoft Office applications for data analysis and reporting
- Maintain quality assurance during all measurement and testing activities
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Job Requirements and Desired Skills for Quality Technician | Weekends:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum 6 months of previous related work experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to walk or stand for duration of shift
- Ability to bend stoop, squat, kneel, twist and reach
