Details for RAW Food Processing position:
· $16-17 hour
· Monday-Friday and some Saturdays (Expect OT)
· Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire

Job duties for Production | RAW Food Processor position:
- Unpacking of meat products, mixing of ingredients and accommodation of the finished product
- Arrange the raw material in the product belt. Carry out general work tasks that allow for efficient processing
- Essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other functions can be assigned
- Set up/take down the workstation and line as needed
- Keep the workspace clean throughout the shift and ensure proper cleaning after the shift
- Operate hopper gate to allow controlled product flow
- Use the PPE that the company provides throughout the shift, such as gloves, gowns, hairnets, safety shoes
- Comply with USDA regulations and follow company health and safety policies
- Follow all company safety policies, S.O.P regulations, and support the Goal Zero Accidents mission statement
- Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements & Important Information:
- Ability to stand for duration of shift
- Ability to bend, kneel, stoop, squat, twist and reach
- High School diploma
- Proven record of arranging, placing, sealing, marking, and tagging of items
- Excellent knowledge of the procedures and handling of raw foods, meat products and different ingredients
- Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions
- Work may be performed in both inside and outside environment
- Employee is frequently required to use hands to finger, handle, feel or operate objects, tools, or controls
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision requirements quality inspections
- Ability to routinely lift 50 pounds
- Ability to climb ladders and clean overhead structures
- The employee works near or with moving mechanical parts
- The employee is exposed to wet, cold, hot, and/or humid conditions; occasionally exposed to fumes and toxic or caustic chemicals
- Ability to work in environments ranging from 35°F to 120°F
- The noise level in the work environment is usually moderately noisy
