PAYRATE: 15-16/hr
This position will last until April.
Responsibilities:
· Greeting and assisting clients in the office and over the phone· Setting up appointments for tax preparers· Keeping accurate records of tax returns when information is brought into the office, scanning tax information, and routing information to tax preparers· Filing and organizing paperwork· Processing / printing / assembling tax returns to e-file and mail once prepared by tax preparer· Communicating with clients and other staff members· Other duties as necessary
Qualifications:
· Previous office experience preferred· Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook, Word & Excel· Must have strong communication skills and ability to multi-task
