Job Description
Luttrell Staffing Group is currently hiring Receptionist / Clerical positions in Marion, VA.
Details for Receptionist / Clerical position:
· 8am-5pm
· Full-Time | Long Term Temp
· Zero Fees - you’ll never be charged for any screening service
· Fast Start Date
· Weekly Pay
Job duties for Receptionist / Clerical:
· Greet visitors, sort mail, and answer phones; transfer calls as needed.
· Explain forms and registering procedures
· Maintain all sign-in documents and list of Bristol manager’s telephone numbers
· Follow all company rules, trainings, guidelines, and policies
· Return to lobby to sign out after you have finished your visit with employee
· Order meals for training meetings and notify employees when it’s ready
· Gathering pricing from postman
· Order office supplies
· Manage Company Donation Committee Program (Select companies/people to receive donation from our company funds. Select recipients/amounts/and prepare forms to plant manager signature. Send to Accounting team. When check arrives, mail to recipient and maintain all records.
· Completes any other related tasks as needed
Qualifications for Receptionist / Clerical:
· High school diploma or equivalent
· Ability to stand for duration of shift
· Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
· Ability to stoop, bend, squat, kneel, twist and reach
