Summary: As the Recruiting Sales Coordinator, you will be on the front lines making new introductions to companies and expanding into territories by building personal relationships & connections. You will walk into immediate business, existing clients & already developed prospect lists. You will recruit, interview, and place quality candidates for Luttrell Staffing Group's clients. Details | Direct Hire |
- Direct Hire
- M-F, 8a-5p
- Pay: $18-$20 (plus commissions)
- Excellent Benefits to include medical, dental, vision, paid holidays, PTO, 401K and more
- Paid Weekly, Direct Deposit options

- Utilize established prospecting methods & develop new ones to identify new Client business
- Network in the area with businesses, chambers & rotaries
- Generate leads from resumes, business journals, social media, online recruiting platforms, newspapers, billboards, etc.
- Engage with Clients via email, phone, InMails, or in person to create relationships & create new job orders
- Recruit and identify quality candidates for client job orders using diverse methods and resources
- Conduct interviews and reference checks
- Manage personnel files and administer drug and skills testing
- Manage employee relations, including but not limited to counseling, coaching, discipline, and discharge
- Develop relationships with clients through regular communication and client visits
- Manage worker’s compensation through on-site safety audits, investigations, and documentation
These skills and abilities make you a great candidate for the | Direct Hire | Full-Time position:
- Bilingual English/Spanish, preferred but not required
- Sales or recruiting experience required
- Excellent customer service skills
- Self-starter
- Excellent communication skills; displaying professional etiquette, both verbal and written
- Excellent computer skills, including competency in Microsoft applications
- Respond well to pressure and maintain a positive demeanor
- Strategic problem-solving and decision-making
- Initiative to assist team members without direction
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to meet continuing education and certification requirements
