Job Description
Luttrell Staffing Group is seeking Remote Compliance Team Member either in the Florida or Texas area to join our team-oriented environment of food professionals who in the first year of employment, can travel to Santa Maria, CA for 2 ea. two-month trainings (required).

- Monitor current and emerging government/industry regulations and communicate needs to management
- Engage with customers, management, etc. to create business opportunities
- Create, maintain, and review operating procedures, policies and any other documents as necessary for the maintenance of QA systems
- Keep up to date on data entry systems
- Schedule: 8am-5pm
- Pay rate: $28 - $33/hr
- A Bachelor’s degree in a Livestock and/or Aquaculture and/or Agricultural food or bioscience related field and with at least two years of experience in a food safety/QA related field.
- Self-motivated and driven
- Highly organized with problem solving skills
- Customer service oriented
- Advanced computer skills (MS Windows, Office, Web browsers)
- Ability to work remotely
- Database knowledge a plus
