Job Description
Are you seeking a career opportunity in Dublin, VA? Luttrell Staffing Group is hiring for Repack Line Lead.
The Repack Lead will assist the Repack Supervisor in the training of staff in production methods, safety and company policy and procedures as well as identify and correct health and safety issues.

The Repack Lead will assist the Repack Supervisor in the training of staff in production methods, safety and company policy and procedures as well as identify and correct health and safety issues.
Job duties and details for Repack Line Lead:
- Assists in organizing daily repack work, including monitoring availability of product and packaging materials
- Completes daily repack reporting and documentation on time and with a keen attention to detail and counts
- Coordinates activities by scheduling work assignments, setting priorities, and delegating work accordingly
- Pay rate: $17.11/hr
- Paid weekly
Qualifications for Repack Line Lead:
- Minimum 2 years' supervisory experience
- Ability to train employees including organizing, prioritizing, and scheduling work assignments
- Must be able to lift and/or move 25 lbs
- Experience in produce industry preferred
- Must be able to work in a warehouse where temperatures are cool and noise level can be low to moderate
- Must be able to stand for long periods
- Post-secondary diploma in a related field preferred
- Diploma/GED
