Luttrell Staffing Group is currently hiring Engineering Internship positions in Marion, VA.
Details for Engineering Internship position:
· Summer Internship

Job Duties for Engineering Internship:
· Design and create prototypes for new products
· Conduct tests and trials for new products/processes at Marion and Bristol
· Record and maintain data for certification and internal testing audits
· Serve as the main contact for technical inquiries from customers
· Collaborate with Quality Assurance to resolve customer complaints
· Assist in defining equipment needs and procedures for new products
· Set up new production lines and train staff
· Conduct accelerated weathering tests (QUV
· Stay informed about equipment, products, and processes
· Ensure quality standards are met
· Foster positive relationships with colleagues and management
· Follow all policies and safety procedures in place
· Completes any other related tasks as needed
Qualifications for Engineering Internship:
· Associate's degree or equivalent education/experience
· Ability to work in loud environments
· Ability to stoop, bend, squat, kneel, twist and reach
