Key duties and details for Restaurant Manager:
- Maximizes profits by controlling expenses within established budget guidelines
- Identifies, evaluates, and responds appropriately to labor efficiency problems
- Assists restaurant management in identifying sales growth opportunities in-restaurant merchandising and local restaurant marketing ideas
- Work schedule: Varies
- Salary: $750 per week, DOE
- Benefits (100% employer paid major medical after 90 days, PTO Plan and managers eat free)
Qualifications for Restaurant Manager:
- Demonstrated success in financial management and people development
- Must have computer skills with proficiency in MS Word
- Ability to multi-task
- Knowledge of OSHA and EEOC regulations, federal and state employment laws
- Food Safety Manager certification required
- Must be prepared to multi-task in accordance with the demands of the business
