Key duties and details for Restaurant Manager:
- Oversee and manage all areas of the restaurant
- Ensure that all financials and personnel payroll are completed accurately
- Enforce sanitary practices for food handling and general cleanliness
- Estimate food and beverage costs
- Estimate food needs, place orders with distributors
- Maintain a safe working and guest environment
- Pay rate: $50-$70k per year, DOE
- Schedule: Evenings and weekends, 40-45 hours per week

Qualifications for Restaurant Manager:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in Hotel/Restaurant Management
- Proficiency with MS office (word, excel)
- Proficient in restaurant functions: food planning, purchasing, sanitation, security, and recordkeeping
- Ability to clear background check
