Do you have experience working in production? Luttrell Staffing is now hiring Robotic Welder Operator positions in Gainesville, Ga.

- $17 / Hour
- Temp-to-Hire | Full Time
- Weekly Pay
- Exposure to welding fumes and dust, moving mechanical parts, high noise levels, high and low temperatures in shops  
Duties for Robotic Welder Operator positions: 
- Load parts into jigs in the correct sequence and prepare equipment for each production lot
- Monitor robot operations and inspect completed parts for quality
- Set jigs and select the appropriate robot program for production changes
- Change welding wire as needed
- Maintain a clean, organized work area
- Follow all company safety procedures and workplace policies
- Report safety concerns and production issues to the Production Leader immediately
- Follow all company policies and safety procedures
- Perform additional related tasks as needed
Desired Skills and Requirements for this Robotic Welder Operator position? 
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record for the past 5 years
- At least 1 year of experience in production environment is preferred
- Ability to work quickly and accurately
- Ability to work in a team
- Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs 
- Ability to stand for duration of shift 
- Ability to bend, kneel, stoop, squat, twist and reach
