Details for Sales Specialist position:

• Full-Time, Temp-to-Hire
• Monday-Friday, varied hours
• $12/hour
• 40 hours per week

Key Duties for Sales Specialist position:

• Answer incoming sales and customer service chats
• Place all orders as needed by the customer
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding shipments, products, equipment and complaints
• Establishes rapport with customers
• Increases sales and convert customer service issues into sales

Requirements for position:

• GED or High School Diploma
• Must have prior Sales Experience
• Prior customer service
• Excellent computer skills (MS OFFICE PROGRAMS, ETC)
• Great verbal and oral communication skills
