Job Description
Do you have production or food experience and looking for weekly pay? Luttrell Staffing Group is currently hiring Food Sanitation Technician positions in Kingsport, TN.
Details for Food Sanitation Technician Position:
- $15.75 / Hour
- 3rd Shift: 9pm-5am
- Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire
- Zero Fees - you’ll never be charged for any screening service

- Training Provided (such as GMP’s, Allergen control, Employee safety, Fire and evacuation, Food security and HACCP)
Job Duties for Food Sanitation Technician Position:
- Disassemble, clean and reassemble equipment using foamers, scrub brushes, water hoses and other cleaning duties
- Perform cleaning and sanitizing of equipment, production areas, and facility per company and food safety standards
- Focus on high-risk areas around raw materials and finished products to prevent contamination
- Safely handle and apply cleaning chemicals and use sanitation equipment
- Maintain compliance with employee safety, quality, and food safety procedures
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks and occasional heavy lifting
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to support production needs
- Follow instructions from Sanitation or Production Supervisors and report issues as needed
- Follow all policies and safety procedures in place
- Completes any other related tasks as needed
Qualifications for Food Sanitation Technician Position:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to stand for duration of shift
- Ability to lift up to 30-50 lbs
- Ability to stoop, bend, squat, kneel, twist and reach
