Job Description
Do you have manufacturing experience? Luttrell Staffing Group is currently hiring Manufacturing Technician | Machine Operator positions in Oak Ridge, TN.
Details for Manufacturing Technician | Machine Operator Position:
· $16-17 / Hour + $1 Shift Differential
· Monday - Friday | 6am-4:30pm or 4:00pm-2:00am
· Occasional Overtime
· Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire
· Zero Fees - you’ll never be charged for any screening service
· Fast Start Date
· Weekly Pay
· Insurance Options
Job Duties for Manufacturing Technician | Machine Operator Position:
· Inspect and assess products for quality and specification compliance using visual checks, gauges, and procedural standards
· Process documentation such as process tags, rework tags, and nonconforming material records
· Pack products according to work instructions
· Maintain a clean work area and use safety equipment correctly
· Complete required ISO paperwork
· Follow all policies and safety procedures in place
· Completes any other related tasks as needed
Qualifications and Desired Skills for Manufacturing Technician | Machine Operator Position:
· High school diploma or equivalent
· Minimum of 3 months of experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
· Strong technical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
· Attention to detail
· Ability to stand for duration of shift
· Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
· Ability to stoop, bend, squat, kneel, twist and reach
