Job Description
Luttrell Staffing Group is hiring Shipping / Warehouse / Machine Operator positions.

- 12 Hour Shifts (Occasional Overtime)
Job Duties for Shipping / Warehouse / Machine Operator position:
- Fulfill shipping orders by picking the right products from inventory and packing the goods using the correct packing materials
- Responsible for moving packed metal from packing tables to shipping areas utilizing overhead cranes
- Verify labels of boxes in bundles
- Operate machinery and load materials
- Inspect product quality and recognize metal variations
- Process paperwork and follow instructions
- Cross-Train in other departments
- Follow all policies and safety procedures in place
- Use of basic measuring tools
- Other duties as needed
Job Requirements for Shipping / Warehouse / Machine Operator position:
- Minimum 2 years as Machine Operator
- 1+ years manufacturing environment experience
- Must to perform basic mathematical calculations
- Ability to stand for duration of shift
- Ability to stoop, grasps, bend, squat, kneel, twist and reach
- Ability to lift up to 60 lbs
- Strong hand/eye coordination
- Ability to work in varied temperatures consistent with same climate conditions and hot machinery (Heath, humidity, etc.)
- Must be able to work flexible schedules with periods of required overtime
