Job Description
Do you have shipping experience and are you looking for a weekly-paying position? Luttrell Staffing Group is currently hiring Shipping Clerk Supervisor positions in Hampshire, IL.

- $20-20 / Hour
- Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire

Job Duties for Shipping Clerk Supervisor Position:
- Ensure quality and accuracy for all outbound orders
- Run orders, generate pick lists, and scan for pickers
- Prioritize expedited and special-handling shipments
- Process, pack, and ship bulk orders
- Void or correct shipments as needed
- Monitor and improve packing efficiencies
- Enforce safety standards within the department
- Generate quotes for shipments
- Follow all policies and procedures in place
- Completes any other related tasks as needed
Qualifications and Desired Skills for Shipping Clerk Supervisor Position:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and shipping procedures
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to follow through
- Experience processing and shipping orders
- Coordinate custom build priorities and oversee daily shipping schedules
- Resolve shipping issues with carriers or internal teams
- Attention to detail, leadership, problem solving, time management, communication, technical proficiency, and customer focus
- Previous data entry, shipping, or other related experience preferred
