Job Description
Do you have shipping and receiving experience? Luttrell Staffing Group is currently hiring Shipping and Receiving | Warehouse Operator positions in Knoxville, TN.
Details for Shipping and Receiving | Warehouse Operator position:
$15 / Hour
M-TH-7:30a-4:30p and Fri-7:30a-1:30p
· Full-Time | Temp to hire
· Zero Fees - you’ll never be charged for any screening service

Job Duties for Shipping and Receiving | Warehouse Operator:
· Receive and inspect shipments of raw materials and end-products for damage or missing items, reporting issues to the Project Manager and freight company
· Coordinate movement of received goods to production workroom or next project phase
· Pull completed orders for packaging and prepare shipments for job sites, customers, or subcontractors
· Assist Warehouse Manager with vehicle and building maintenance
· Move stock using manual or forklift methods, pick and pack orders, and distribute related paperwork
· Assemble, label, and record packed shipments
· Manage storage and inventory of Customer Owned Material
· Load/unload trucks and maintain warehouse stock of essential equipment
· Perform other duties as assigned related to Warehouse Operator functions
· Follow all policies and safety procedures in place
· Completes any other related tasks as needed
Qualifications and Desired Skills for Shipping and Receiving | Warehouse Operator:
· High school diploma or equivalent
· Must have valid driver’s license to operate company vehicles
· Organizational skills and box-packing skills
· Basic computer skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively while effectively communicating and following instructions
· Strong vision abilities, including close and distance vision, color discrimination, peripheral awareness, depth perception, and focus adjustment
· Ability to stand for duration of shift
· Ability to lift up to 80 lbs and push up to 100lbs
· Ability to stoop, bend, squat, kneel, twist and reach
