Luttrell Staffing Group is hiring Maintenance | Facilities Upkeep positions in Johnson City, TN.

Job Duties:
- Perform routine duties including carpentry, dry-wall, elementary electrical, plumbing, painting, ground work, emergency janitorial clean up, HVAC filter change, floor repairs and moving of equipment and furniture
- Promptly report problems and difficulties to the maintenance supervisor
- Take initiative to make routine repairs as needed
- Use of measuring tools and hand tools
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of related work experience
- Ability to stand for duration of shift
- Ability to bend, stoop, squat, kneel, twist and reach
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
- Good hand dexterity
