Key duties and details for Sous Chef:

Ensure ingredients and final products are fresh
Follow recipes, bake, grill, steam and boil food
Occasionally serve food, monitor station inventory levels, and operate kitchen equipment
Handle and store ingredients and food
Execute opening and closing procedures
Salary: 24k-26k
