Job Description
Do you have CDL experience? Luttrell Staffing Group is currently hiring CDL Delivery Driver (Truck/Trailer) positions in Bowling Green, KY.
Details for CDL Delivery Driver (Truck/Trailer) Position:
- $19-22 / Hour (plus 1$ per linear ft. of steel delivered)
- 6:30am-4pm with overtime as needed; local routes in KY and TN (no overnight travel)
- Direct Hire

Job Duties for CDL Delivery Driver (Truck/Trailer) Position:
- Inspect truck and trailer for safe operation
- Load and unload building materials at job sites using flatbed or boom truck
- Deliver materials to designated areas while ensuring safety of self and others
- Maintain required compliance and delivery records
- Report accidents or equipment incidents promptly
- Provide professional customer service with a positive attitude
- Work outdoors in varying conditions with frequent movement on job sites
- Maintain focus and accuracy while driving, unloading, and judging distances
- Follow all policies and safety procedures in place
- Completes any other related tasks as needed
Qualifications and Desired Skills for CDL Delivery Driver (Truck/Trailer) Position:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid CDL (minimum Class B, Class A preferred) with clear 3-year Motor Vehicle Report
- Work outdoors in varying conditions with frequent movement on job sites
- Knowledge of Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations with strong commitment to safety, integrity, and accountability
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team, including leading, delegating, and collaborating to achieve goals
- Build and maintain strong working relationships; foster an inclusive environment that values diverse perspectives and experiences
- Demonstrate initiative, sound judgment, stress management, and problem-solving to meet deadlines and resolve issues
- Communicate clearly and professionally with coworkers, customers, and management
- Maintain focus and accuracy while driving, unloading, and judging distances
- Ability to lift and frequently move building materials up to 80 lbs
- Ability to stoop, bend, squat, kneel, twist and reach
