Job Description
Job Title: Staffing Coordinator Reports to: Branch Manager FLSA Status: Non- Exempt Schedule: M-F, 8-5pmPay: $17-$18 an hourBenefits: M/D/V, PTO, 401k Overview: Staffing Coordinators are responsible for the development and implementation of staffing solutions which promote the growth, compliance, relationships, and productivity of Client Companies and Luttrell Staffing Group.

- Recruit and identify quality candidates for client job orders using diverse methods and resources
- Conduct interviews and reference checks
- Complete onboarding and dispatch process
- Coordinate and facilitate training and orientation
- Administer testing (drug, skills, etc.)
- Manage employee relations, including but not limited to counseling, coaching, discipline and discharge
- Develop relationships with clients through regular communication and client visits which includes but is not limited to understanding Client processes, requirements, culture and specific business expectations
- Create and manage paper and digital personnel files
- Foster relationships with associates to promote healthy work culture and address needs or concerns
- Provide support for Branch Manager or/and administrative operations
- Manage worker’s compensation through onsite safety audits, investigations and documentation
- Maintain office workspace organization and tidiness
- Other duties as assigned
- Self-starter
- Excellent communication skills; displaying professional etiquette, both verbal and written
- Excellent computer skills including competency in Microsoft applications
- Respond well to pressure and maintain a positive demeanor
- Strategic problem solving and decision-making
- Maintain regular and expected attendance
- Initiative to assist team members without direction
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to complete multiple tasks in a timely manner
- Work responsibly with or without supervision
- Provide valid Driver’s License and proof of insurance
- Prioritize tasks and is flexible to meet situational needs
- Ability to meet continuing education and certification requirements
- Primarily sedentary work that involves sitting/standing/bending/twisting/kneeling, however must have ability to walk considerable distance for an hour at a time, with or without notice on facility tours
- Some lifting or carrying 0-30 pounds
- Remain in a stationary position, often standing or sitting for prolonged periods
- Occasional repetitive hand and foot motion   
- Occasional driving
