Can you see yourself in this Supervisor | Manager position:
- Supervisor must be able to oversee a group of (10) laborers during the shift
- Supervisors must have a valid driver's license and must be able to upkeep the company vehicle that is provided by the employer such as taking it home daily after the workday, standard oil changes as needed, and be able to follow the rules and regulations on IDOT projects
- The supervisor must keep a log of all employees that come into work
- Employees will meet up at certain locations and will be transported by the company van that the supervisors will have
- Other duties as assigned
These skills make you a good candidate for this Supervisor | Manager position:
- Ability to read, write, and verbally communicate in English (preferred)
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to stand for duration of shift
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to squat, stoop, bend, kneel, twist and reach
