Job Description
Luttrell Staffing is Hiring!Radford, Virginia Production SupervisorESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Effectively direct assigned manufacturing area(s) by coordination Continuous improvement with Engineering, Materials, Quality, Human Resources, and other manufacturing areas using Total Quality Management methods and systems.
- Consistently applies plant rules as outlined in the Associate Handbook to maintain high standards of safety, attendance, behavior and performance.
- Apply the appropriate corrective action to non-conforming situations.
- Ensures that manufacturing processes are followed, maintained and documented.
- Ensure production and scrap reporting is done in a timely manner.
- Ensure that all tools, equipment, materials, and supplies are properly utilized, controlled and maintained.
- Ensure that assigned manufacturing area(s) workforce is properly trained in all aspects of their positions, including the safe and effective use of tools, equipment, materials, and supplies.
