Luttrell Staffing Group is currently hiring Systems / Machine Operator positions in Marion, VA.
Details for Systems / Machine Operator position:
· Available to work on any assigned shift including scheduled overtime (includes Sunday)
· Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire
· Zero Fees - you’ll never be charged for any screening service
· Weekly Pay
THIS IS A HIGH DUST ENVIRONMENT
Job duties for Systems / Machine Operator:
· Maintain continuous system operation and adhere to production and quality standards
· Monitor instruments to ensure proper production conditions
· Regulate or shut down equipment in emergency situations as directed
· Conduct quality control tests on product samples and record operating data
· Collaborate with technical and supervisory personnel to address safety, efficiency, and quality issues
· Ensure compliance with quality assurance measures and communicate them to relevant parties
· Assist in implementing new procedures and operate equipment according to SOPs
· Maintain a clean and organized work area and promote workplace safety
· Follow safety protocols for mobile equipment and report accidents or injuries immediately
· Work flexible shifts, including scheduled overtime and Sundays
· Foster personal growth, teamwork, and continuous improvement
· Follow all policies and safety procedures in place
· Completes any other related tasks as needed
Qualifications for Systems / Machine Operator:
· High school diploma or equivalent
· Supervisory and maintenance experience
· Wear PPE as required
· Ability to stand for duration of shift
· Ability to lift up to 45 lbs
· Ability to stoop, bend, squat, kneel, twist and reach
