Job Description
Do you have admin experience? Luttrell Staffing Group is currently hiring Temporary Office Assistant positions in Santa Maria, CA.
Details for Temporary Office Assistant position:
- $19-20 / Hour
- Temporary Part-Time to Full-Time (Cross-train for two weeks then cover full-time for roughly two months)
- Zero Fees - you’ll never be charged for any screening service
- Weekly Pay
Job duties for Temporary Office Assistant:
- General Admin duties such as answering phones and emails
- Documenting, filing, and reporting (AP Invoices, matching payable with checks, matching Credit card statement, etc)
- Mail Incoming/Outgoing
- Order office supplies and run errands as needed
- Verify employee’s hours on a daily basis
- Completes any other related tasks as needed
Qualifications for Temporary Office Assistant:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to sit for duration of shift
