Job Description
Do you have experience and/or familiarity with construction trades? Luttrell Staffing Group is now hiring Modular Installer in Santa Maria.
Key duties and details for Modular Installer:
- Assist with all duties essential to setting up units (anchoring, blocking and leveling, interior and exterior seaming and building links, decks, skirting units and footings)
- Assist with all duties essential to knock-down of buildings and service work such as skirting, electrical work and plumbing
- Maintain safe operation of trucks on a daily basis (pre-trip and DOT inspections are to be completed prior to daily departure
- Assists with service work for customer units on the road such as skirting, electrical work and plumbing work
- Daytime shift, 7am-3:30pm
- Pay rate: $20-$30/hr
- Paid weekly
Qualifications for Modular Installer:
- Must have carpentry skills and a familiarity with construction trades
- Ability to assist with set-up or unusual situations of single-wide units
- Must be able to travel overnight
- Must have valid driver's license
