Luttrell Staffing Group is hiring Utility Operator positions in Loudon, TN. 
Details for Utility Operator Position: 
- $15.50 / Hour
- Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire 
- Zero Fees - you’ll never be charged for any screening service

- Frequently exposed to risk of electrical shock
 
Job Duties for Utility Operator Position: 
- Assemble spools and packaging using hand tools such as glue and staple guns following verbal instructions
- Transport parts and materials to assembly and production areas
- Catch, coil, and package plastic materials from production lines into cartons
- Move or assist with moving full cartons from production areas
- Maintain cleanliness by sweeping, removing debris, and emptying trash or bins
- Follow supervisor direction to perform additional cross-trained tasks as assigned
- Maintain clean and safe work areas, tools, and equipment
- Work in environments with moving machinery, humidity, airborne particles, heat, and potential electrical hazards
- Follow all policies and safety procedures in place 
- Completes any other related tasks as needed 
 
Job Requirements and Desired Skills for Utility Operator Position: 
- High school diploma or equivalent or up to one month of related experience or training
- Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals
- Ability to write routine reports and basic correspondence
- Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division with whole numbers, fractions, and decimals
- Ability to follow simple one- or two-step instructions and handle routine, standardized tasks
- Ability to stand for extended periods and use hands for handling tools and materials
- Visual ability including close, distance, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment
- Ability to stand for duration of shift 
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs 
- Hand dexterity 
- Ability to stoop, bend, squat, kneel, twist, climb, balance, crouch, crawl, and reach
