Job Duties for Inventory Label Coordinator Position:
- Maintain accurate component inventory records in compliance with company policies and procedures
- Verify, reconcile, and document all inventory transactions, including returns, damages, physical counts, cycle counts, and spot checks
- Process and audit returned products; adjust records, generate credits when required, and ensure proper handling of unsaleable items
- Ensure accuracy of pick tickets, shop orders, and bills of material; communicate timing of physical inventories and support cut-off coordination
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies in ERP system; implement corrective and preventive actions
- Collaborate with internal teams to address inventory or component-related issues and provide guidance on policies and procedures
- Prepare and deliver weekly activity updates, as well as monthly and quarterly trend reports for senior management
- Stay current on safety standards and new technologies to improve inventory processes
- Follow all policies and safety procedures in place
- Completes any other related tasks as needed
Qualifications and Desired Skills for Inventory Label Coordinator Position:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or Engineering; OR High School/Associate degree with 7+ years relevant experience
- Knowledge of warehousing, distribution, supply chain, and inventory control
- Familiarity with FDA labeling, PDMA regulations, and pharmaceutical compliance standards
- Understanding of transportation and regulatory requirements (DOT, DHS, US Customs, FAA, OSHA, TOSHA)
- Experience with ERP and warehouse management systems (ROSS preferred)
- Knowledge of audit procedures, returns processes, and proprietary systems
- Proficiency in math, computer applications, and RF scanning equipment
- Strong communication skills, written and verbal
- Ability to provide effective customer service and resolve issues
- Ability to obtain company‑issued forklift license within 90 days
- Ability to stand for duration of shift
- Ability to stoop, bend, squat, kneel, twist and reach
