Job Description
Do you have warehouse experience and looking for weekly pay? Luttrell Staffing Group is currently hiring Receiving and Packaging Associate positions in Piney Flats, TN.
Details for Receiving and Packaging Associate Position:
- $17 / Hour
- 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday to Friday
- Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire
- Zero Fees - you’ll never be charged for any screening service
- Fast Start Date
- Weekly Pay
- Training Provided
- If hired by client, benefits package includes PTO, Health/Dental/Vision Insurance, SIMPLE IRA Plan
Job Duties for Receiving and Packaging Associate Position:
- Receive, pack and ship products, materials and supplies with accuracy
- Coordinate and communicate with team members, vendors and drivers
- Maintain package quality, integrity and compliance with standards
- Uphold company policies, procedures and safety requirements
- Keep work environment clean, safe and organized
- Follow all policies and safety procedures in place
- Completes any other related tasks as needed
Qualifications and Desired Skills for Receiving and Packaging Associate Position:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in shipping, receiving, stocking, pulling, packing and loading
- Familiarity with RF equipment and warehouse material handling tools
- Physical ability to lift 25 lbs frequently and up to 65 lbs occasionally in non‑climate‑controlled environments
- Basic knowledge of automotive parts
- Proficiency with computers, product scanning and inventory systems
- Strong math, communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to stand for duration of shift
- Ability to stoop, bend, squat, kneel, twist and reach
