Job Description
Do you have experience in production and looking for a great position? Luttrell Staffing Group is currently hiring Production Control Specialist positions in Wytheville, VA.
Details for Production Control Specialist Position:
· $20-22 / Hour
· Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire

Job Duties for Production Control Specialist Position:
· Communicate with customers on lead times, order status, and recovery plans
· Enter customer orders, create sales orders, and invoice for finished goods
· Order raw materials, create purchase orders, and document receipts
· Create and maintain production schedules based on demand
· Schedule freight for incoming materials and outgoing shipments
· Monitor daily shipments and enter actual production data
· Coordinate with production management on shipment and fulfillment needs
· Analyze raw material trends and update production display boards
· Conduct inventory audits, reconcile discrepancies, and record RMAs
· Maintain price quotations for materials and goods with management approval
· Follow all policies and safety procedures in place
· Completes any other related tasks as needed
Qualifications and Desired Skills for Production Control Specialist Position:
· High school diploma or equivalent
· Two years of experience in manufacturing production control or equivalent
· Exercise sound judgment, planning, organization, and confidentiality
· Strong oral and written communication skills with accuracy and timeliness
· Work well under pressure with initiative, flexibility, and cooperation
· Ability to stand for full shift duration
· Lift up to 50 lbs and stoop, bend, squat, kneel, twist, reach
