Job Description
Do you have manufacturing experience? Luttrell Staffing Group is currently hiring Warehouse Shipping / Production positions in Clinton, TN.
Details for Warehouse Shipping / Production Position:
- $18 / Hour (Plus pay increase once hired directly by client!)
- Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire

Job Duties for Warehouse Shipping / Production Position:
- Receive, unload, verify, and store incoming materials and parts
- Pick, pack, stage, and distribute supplies to production lines
- Perform light assembly of parts and components as needed
- Maintain accurate inventory records through WMS or manual logs
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and material handling equipment safely
- Label, organize, and store parts for efficient retrieval and production flow
- Conduct regular inventory counts and report discrepancies
- Support quality checks to ensure parts meet standards
- Follow all safety protocols and handle hazardous materials properly
- Keep warehouse and work areas clean, organized, and hazard free
- Coordinate with production and logistics teams to minimize downtime
- Follow all policies and safety procedures in place
- Completes any other related tasks as needed
Qualifications for Warehouse Shipping / Production Position:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Wear PPE as required
- Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, assembly, or manufacturing preferred
- Forklift certification or willingness to complete training
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer proficiency; WMS knowledge a plus
- Team-oriented with solid communication skills
- Ability to stand and walk for duration of shift
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to stoop, bend, squat, kneel, twist and reach
