Job Description
Do you have warehouse experience? Luttrell Staffing Group is currently hiring Material Handler & Packer | General Labor positions in Maryville, TN.
Details for Material Handler & Packer | General Labor position:
- $16 / Hour
- Monday-Friday | 6am-4:30pm (w/ Occasional Overtime)
- Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire
- Zero Fees - you’ll never be charged for any screening service

Job Duties for Material Handler & Packer | General Labor:
- Receive and store incoming materials, including pallets and boxes, while managing pallet inventory and delivery schedules
- Conduct ongoing cycle counts of raw material inventory for accuracy, transfer finished products to the warehouse, and maintain departmental housekeeping standards
- Foster positive communication with team members
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and adhere to company policies and procedures
- Completes any other related tasks as needed
Qualifications and Desired Skills for Material Handler & Packer | General Labor:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license with previous Forklift experience is a plus!
- Proficient in basic math (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)
- Capable of entering information into a computer system quickly
- Able to read and write for shipment clarification and inventory support
- Ability to stand for duration of shift
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to stoop, bend, squat, kneel, twist and reach
