Details for MIG Welder Position: 
- $19-20.50 / Hour (Based on Shift)
- Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire

Job Duties for MIG Welder Position: 
- Pull, fit, and MIG weld parts according to prints and specifications
- Set up and operate MIG welding equipment, including adjusting voltage, wire feed, and gas flow
- Inspect welds for quality, strength, and conformance to specifications
- Clean and prepare materials before and after welding
- Label finished products accurately
- Follow basic processes, safety standards, and work instructions
- Maintain welding equipment and work area cleanliness
- Follow all policies, guidelines, and safety procedures in place 
- Completes any other related tasks as needed 
 
Job Requirements and Desired Skills for MIG Welder Position: 
- High school diploma or equivalent 
- MIG welding experience preferred, semi-automatic experience a plus
- One year of welding experience or completion of welding classes preferred
- Ability to pass welder qualification test
- Ability to bend, stoop, reach, pull, and lift up to 50 pounds
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Ability to learn company products and processes
- Commitment to quality, safety, environmental standards, and company policies
