Job Description
Do you have welding experience? Luttrell Staffing Group is currently hiring Welding / Production positions for a local business in Bristol, VA.
Details for Welding / Production position:
- Based on Experience
- Monday-Friday with OT as needed on weekends 6am-2:30pm
- Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire
- Zero Fees - you’ll never be charged for any screening service

Job Duties for Welding / Production:
- Load and unload product
- Load product into machine
- Offload product
- Assemble product and install screens
- Weld product
- Follow all policies and safety procedures in place
- Completes any other related tasks as needed
Qualifications for Welding / Production:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous welding experience
- Wear PPE as required (such as safety glasses, face shields, hearing protection, steel toe shoes / slip-resistant, gloves, and special clothing)
- Ability to work in fluctuating temperatures (hot and cold)
- Ability to stand for duration of shift
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to stoop, bend, squat, kneel, twist and reach
