Details for Youth Program Coordinator Position:
- $25 / Hour

Job Duties for Youth Program Coordinator Position:
- Oversee all phases of planning, designing, and delivering high-quality programming
- Develop and implement outreach and recruitment strategies using the Toolkit to attract eligible youth and businesses
- Conduct youth intake assessments, provide orientation, enrollment, and worksite placement
- Ensure participant registration and maintain accurate program/client files and database records
- Prepare worksite agreements and manage daily operations including site visits, job-site activities, timesheets, and payments
- Build and maintain positive relationships with participants, parents, businesses, staff, and community agencies
- Mediate and resolve issues among participants, parents, businesses, and stakeholders
- Consult with Program Manager on significant program changes, cancellations, or incidents
- Complete timely program paperwork including activity reports, surveys, evaluations, and incident reports
- Track program metrics, produce outcome reports, and prepare monthly program, financial, and site visit reports
- Participate in bi-weekly team meetings and prepare related reports
- Follow all policies and safety procedures in place
- Completes any other related tasks as needed
Qualifications and Desired Skills for Youth Program Coordinator Position:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Bachelor’s degree in business, education, or human/social services or equivalent experience
- Strong leadership, public relations, and conflict resolution skills
- Clear and concise communication orally, in writing, and electronically
- Exceptional flexibility, judgment, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information responsibly
- Proven ability to meet deadlines consistently
