· Set up and break down dishwashing area

· Clean, roll, and store floor mats

· Fill and drain soak tubs with cleaning and sanitizing solutions

· Empty trash and transport garbage to dumpster

· Wipe spills immediately and maintain dry, safe floors

· High school diploma or equivalent and at least 6 months of previous experience preferred

· Must obtain California Food Handler’s Certificate within 30 days from hire date
